Just picked up my 7-year-old car and it looks as good as it did the day I purchased it 7 years ago after the guys at West Suffolk auto body fixed it. Joe made the process seamless. They are an authorized Geico body shop. Joe took care of everything with the insurance company. Had the car back in less than a week. Amazing!
I cannot express how happy I am with my experience at Western Suffolk Auto Body. This was one of the shops my insurance recommended and I am so happy with their work and their customer service. I was hit by a drunk motorcyclist who ran the red light and level railroad crossing gate. He did some pretty good damage and after the repairs my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. I took my father’s truck in for an estimate. They were great with going over the repair details and how long it would take. Dropped the truck off and it was finished on exact time.
