Todd Morrill and his wife Joanne were utterly considerate and respectful and expedient in taking care of my aunt's services during this time of pandemic. With no delay they saw to it our beloved aunt was picked up from her nursing home within hours of her passing and quickly received her for crematorial services with Cedar Hill also in Newburgh. We are so impressed and utterly grateful that we are not experiencing the same horrors as many others are under overwhelming circumstances. I absolutely recommend contacting them to manage the care of your loved one, they did so effortlessly and it meant we were reassured and relieved of distress. Priceless.

From start to finish they handled everything with dignity and the utmost respect. They walked me through everything when making arrangements for my mom. They even made me a “to do” list so I could easily prioritize during this difficult time. They had lists of suggestions for all my questions, even print outs. They gave me a complete financial breakdown and an in-depth discussion over my many options. They are truly caring, wonderful individuals who are both professional and compassionate. It is a difficult thing in life to deal with a loved one’s passing that was made easier by individuals such as Todd & Joann. They have made themselves readily available at all times for any questions and concerns.
