Wilson was responsive and able to provide a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion. He was able to procure and replace a broken attic fan and vent, explaining to me how they worked and what he would be doing. He even fixed the poor workmanship from the prior install job (the attic fan hole was too small). Wilson was a genuine pleasure to work with. Get your 3+ quotes, but I will be recommending Willmott Brothers to my friends and family.

Go with your gut-- Wilson Willmott is the real deal. He is a laid back guy, soft spoken and straightforward. He went on the roof and a few minutes later, came back with an estimate. Doing our due diligence, we got other estimates, one which was TWICE the amount and the other was quite a bit higher than Willmott. The thing is, neither of those guys looked like they ever picked up a hammer. They didn't inspect the roof, they didn't go on the roof. How are you supposed to know what shape a roof is in without going up there? They were just salesmen. Sometimes the lowest estimate doesn't work out, but going with my gut, I knew Wilson was a man of his word. He didn't disappoint - the roof came out beautiful. Eleven men showed up exactly at the time they were supposed to and got right to work. They shielded all our plantings with drop cloths, moved our backyard furniture and then moved it back when they were done. They left the grounds immaculate. You would never know we had our roof done today except it looks like a new roof! Do yourself a favor and look no further than Willmott Brothers Roofing- you won't be disappointed!

Wilson Willmott and his company are a rarity to the trades. A total professional who's knowledgable, experienced, honest, humble and reliable. I don't know what year Willmott Brothers put the roof on our house, but it looks like it could have been yesterday. We had roofing materials from two of our neighbors end up in our yard during Sandy.
