Wren Kitchens

I am not happy with my experience with Wren Kitchens. I have a pro account and will not be recommending anyone use Wren. I'd like to detail my experience and the problems that I have had so far.

-The email states that the customer will be notified within an hour of delivery, I was never contacted, the movers just showed up.
-A lazy susan was missing from my order, it took 3 business days and multiple follow ups to resolve this problem. I was being told that someone would reach out by the end of the day and they repeatedly did not. Two cabinets also came damaged.
-The Wren delivery team damaged two of our walls. When reaching out to fill out a claim form I was sent someone else's claim form, fully filled out. I have this person's personal information, their name, email, home address, how much was spent on their order. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Nyla apologized for her mistake.
-I was told that If I sent photographs of the crown molding unopened, that $539.64 would be refunded back to my account. I have not received any confirmation after sending the photographs.
-We reached out to Wren for installation guides, I was told they would be sent that day but didn't receive them. I had to follow up the next day and was sent the directions later on, delaying the project. This meant I had to move the date for the countertop template measurements, pushing the entire project back.
-I was working with Lenora Castello in the Massapequa showroom and after selling us the kitchen, she really has not been any help. When reaching out for help, one department transfers you to another department and dealing with one person, turns into dealing with four different people. It's total chaos.

We have an upcoming appointment for our countertop and I am really hoping that is a more positive experience, I am already aware that the people who do the countertops are independent contractors, so already not a great start.

We are so happy that we worked with a true design profesional during the creation and final design of our kitchen with Lenora Castello at Wren Kitchen. She is so caring, always willing to go the extra mile and full of wonderful design ideas to help us create a truly unique living area.

We highly recommend Lenora and the Wren Kitchen team for your next remodel.

My wife and I had a great experience at Wren Kitchens Massapequa. Our Kitchen Designer and planner Jay Fordsman was amazing to work with and was very patient and attentive to all of our wants and needs. We highly recommend Wren Kitchens and Jay in particular.

Lenora Castello Was very professional with helping us design our dream kitchen. She was kind and patient. We would highly recommend Lenora Castelloas as a designer for your next project. The price was reasonable. The delivery was on time. Installation was done with no problem by our contractor. We love our new kitchen from Wren Kitchen!!!

We finally have our complete kitchen! We moved in our home 4 years ago it took us 3 and a half years to be ready for the new kitchen and Lenora at Wren helped design our dream kitchen and stay as close to our budget as possible. We went in just to check out our options and Lenora already had our options ready for us she showed us what is in our budget and made a virtual designed kitchen that blew us away! Seeing this come to life was amazing our house feels like a completed home now and we’re so thankful!
