What a wonderful change in a car rental experience. David and Rich were absolutely brilliant and professional. The car rental was fast, efficient, and my car is excellent. I was explained everything, no ridiculous hidden fees, and to the point. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and non hassle rental at a competitive price from the big name companies who seem to never get it right. They absolutely got it right, I am elated with my rental and will be doing business with them again should the occasion arise. Truly grateful to David and Rich for their excellent customer service. My experience renting from Yes Away Car Rental at JFK airport was Pleasant from start to finish. The owner, David , was helpful, explaining everything through the on boarding process. The car that I was given was a brand new car that was extremely clean and had all of the features I wanted plus more. David made sure to be available if I had any questions throughout my rental as the vehicle was an electric vehicle, and I was unfamiliar with its operation. The return process was easy and there was no hassle involved. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the cost. I would definitely use them again.
