Don’t forget to visit this place after the tour in Theodore Roosevelt home and museum. It is located approximately one and a half miles south of Sagamore Hill National Historic Site. This is the place where 26th President of America and his loving wife sleeping peacefully.
You have to climb 26 steps to get to the grave. 26 steps represent the 26th president of the United States.
No guided tours or fees to enter. You can park the vehicle in the car park.
This is where Teddy Roosevelt is buried. There is a fairly steep walking path to get to his grave.
This cemetery is in a beautiful location with well maintained grounds, and provides for excellent historical content related to the death and burial of Theodore Roosevelt, our 26th President. The actual gravesite is nicely manicured, and the site provides for an excellent tribute to this great American.
