Fogarty Contracting did fantastic work on our master bathroom remodel. Owen was our primary point of contact and he was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The crew arrived on time daily and were very respectful of our home and did their best to reduce noise while we worked.

We chose Fogarty because of their great reputation/high ratings and their ability to work on every part of our basement finishing project. They are truly experts at what they do from putting together the initial estimate and guiding you through product selection and finishing touches. What really sets them apart from others is that they have a dedicated project manager who is your main point of contact through the entire project. They are incredibly organized and thorough with great attention to the smallest detail. They even sent a cleaning crew out after the project was complete! We are already planning future projects with Fogarty and look forward to working with Josh and team again!

We had to have our addition rebuilt after termite and water damage. Fogarty gave us a fair estimate and an amenable timeline based on our needs. There was a delay at start ofthe construction due to township permitting but once that was resolve the construction went smoothly. Communicating every step, they were responsive to questions and quickly resolved any concerns we had. Even the slightest detail was taken care of quickly. The construction staff was professional and courteous and Owen took great care to make sure we were happy with end result.

We had a fire and heard good things about Josh Fogarty and his crew. They came out and did a thorough review of what we were dealing with and what repairs would cost. They had an opening and took on our job quickly and responded to our concerns with well thought out options. They listened to what we wanted and came up with solutions. The entire crew are talented, skilled craftsmen who know their work. If I had a question they answered it so that I would understand what was going to occur in the construction. They were punctual, and hard working each day of the project. I could not have asked for a more talented group to work on my house and make it better than before.
