Get monthly washes for all 3 cars. Immediately helpful on site when I need it.

You’d never think that a self serve car wash has excellent customer service. But, I’m here to tell you, Red Rhino has amazing customer service. Had an issue at one location on NYE. I wasn’t expecting to hear back from them until Friday at the earliest given the holiday. I didn’t even pull out of the location parking lot before I got a call from Carlos.

He explained what happened and how red rhino would rectify the issue. Really nice and I do feel he went above and beyond

I didn’t catch the woman’s name I spoke with today about finalizing the solution. Went to the location across Marie’s cozy corner, and finished up the transaction with Steve.

Steve. Out there waiting for me in the cold to show up. We chatted for a bit while I was waiting for a car to finish going through. When I was leaving, Steve stopped me and loaded me up with some car wash items on my way out

All this today, all three people I dealt with were all polite, personable, and overall just kind

In all my years of using their locations I have never needed it, but when I did, they showed up and showed out, and I appreciate great customer service, which they more than supplied

This specific Red Rhino is the main one I go to, usually not too busy for the self serve bays, quiet, and there seems to be people who work here cleaning the bays either at night or first thing in the morning, so it's always cleaner than most!
