Needed a water filter changed in the basement. Rick called and "walked" me thru it w pressure values and assorted other things i had no knowledge of. He was patient and very knowledgeable. and No charge! Need work done on my furnace But heat and water need to be turned off. wait until warmer temps. He is the guy to call! Thanks again
