Great customer service! Robert re-keyed our locks after we moved into a new home. Then, he added deadbolt locks to both doors. He did a beautiful installation. Robert was very helpful, prompt, courteous and very professional. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. Robert is the BEST in this business! Highly recommended!

We needed a dead bolt lock installed and 2 locks replaced. Not only was that done, but Robert repaired our loud squeaky door and fixed our storm door to close better as well. He went above and beyond, and I will recommend them to friends and family and use them again.

I tried to install an August Smart Lock 4th Gen on my own, but my 30-year old deadbolt basically fell apart into pieces when I removed the first two screws. Called Roger's to have them come out and finish the job. Rob recommended a new deadbolt, but it wasn't an upsell. I knew I needed one badly. The install went well and he listened to my concerns throughout. I would definitely recommend their services anytime.
