Scarborough Electric is great! He installed my standby generator and many of the standby generators in my neighborhood. Whenever someone asks in our neighborhood FB group for a recommendation for someone to install a generator Roger and Scarborough Electric are always recommended. If you ever have an issue after install he is available to help. Highly recommend.

Roger was responsive and communicative throughout the process - he showed up when he said he would, kept me updated on the progress of the permits and the generator order, scheduled installation promptly, and answered all my questions extremely quickly. His pricing - somewhat surprisingly, found right on his web site - is straightforward and compared favorably to the other companies I spoke to. The installers did a great job and the permit inspection was handled promptly.

I met Roger 4 years ago at a home show and he came out to give me an estimate on a generator installation. It took me 4 years to finally move ahead with the generator and Roger picked up as if no time had passed. He is the ultimate professional, cares about his customer base and I had my whole house generator installed in less than 5 hours. He coordinated all aspects with the gas company for a new meter as well as the permit with the township. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Scarborough Electric.
Fantastic experience working with Roger & his Team @Scarborough Electric. Been a long journey getting a generator during the lockdown but Roger was extremely responsive. They provide full service including working with PECO on gas line review and permits/inspections. Installation was seamless and now we have a peace on mind.

From start to finish, our experience with Scarborough Electric was top notch! Roger and Monica were so helpful during the entire process. Roger was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had prior to deciding what options were best for us. Once we honed in on what we wanted, he took care of all of the permitting and paperwork. He gave an accurate timeline for the installation as well. On the day of the installation he was very mindful about laying down tarps throughout my house to maintain a clean work area while he did the inside wiring. We were without power for approximately 2 hours while the actual hook up took place. After he was finished, I was most impressed with how it looked at the site where the generator was placed. They installed a very nice brick edging area the generator and filled it in with a stone that complimented the look of my house! I would absolutely recommend Scarborough Electric to anyone looking to install a generator! We are so pleased with the work Roger and his crew did!
