The staff has been nice and its helpful having a Sephora close by. Only issue is they rarely have the things stocked that I am looking for. This has been this way for years. Low inventory.
Absolutely perfect experience with Akeiba & Andrea at this store! I went in clueless my girl Andrea introduced me to Akeiba and oh my goshhh this team of professionals was created. They both helped me curate a perfect skin routine plus the perfect match for an easy makeup application. And let me tell you I did a 17hr shift for a wedding I was planning on Saturday in philly and my skin and make-up looked perfect!!! UNTIL 4AM!!! You may not live close like I do to the yardley store but I will 100% be going back on any Monday I need advice for my girls Akeiba and Andrea ♡♡♡
I had an amazing experience with Akeiba Mckencie at the Sephora inside Kohl’s! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. Akeiba went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed — she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choices. She took the time to explain products and share wonderful tips that’s really going to made a difference in my life.
Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly made my shopping experience exceptional. Sephora is lucky to have someone as kind, skilled, and dedicated as Akeiba! I’ll definitely be back because of her. 💕
The two blonde, middle-aged employees (not sure their names) were SUPER pushy about signing up for the kohl’s rewards. They literally asked closer to probably 10 times saying “please please” “are you sure?” “it’s free” and I kept politely declining. They one actually said “please I’m going to get reprimanded” and the other one joined in and was like “ya she’ll get in trouble”. I didn’t say anything about that but I had been very politely declining the kohls rewards cause I don’t shop there enough I just go for the sephora. They had been super nice and helpful before I said no to the kohls rewards but then when they finally accepted that I didn’t want to sign up they both acted very rude and disrespectful.
