Beyond 5 stars. My agent and account handler are very caring and professional. I was walked through the process and they make it super easy to understand and gave me adequate coverage for such a good price. They gave me a perfect auto and life insurance policy. I had spoken to Allie today to get an auto insurance policy and she was so helpful, patient and kind. Helped with explaining things, no pressuring into upgrading, just stated that there are upgrades and would I like to hear about them.
Also fyi if anyone is on an auto insurance plan stay on it until you switch to another insurance otherwise your rates go up. She let us know that and I hope others can glen something good from that. She helped apply discounts to me to get me the best price she could. Pretty happy about the outcome of our conversation.
