They have a very responsive answering service that booked my emergency appointment rapidly. The servicemen responded by text immediately so I knew who would be arriving. Honest and economical service. Extremely relieved and happy with the replacement products and services. Brad and Efraim were professional!!!
Brad Eric and Jenn were phenomenal to communicate with! What wonderful people. Brad was thorough and committed to finding out my cold water issue and kept me updated on the progress. Rare to find people like this these days!
Brad and his helper Efron were awesome! They both were very professional and were able to repair my clogged bathroom drain line very fast. On top of that they cleaned up spotless after they were done working. Highly recommend!
I called Escape plumbing and informed them that I had a cracked terrazzo base in my shower and requested them to find the leak and if necessary repair or replace it and install a new shower pan. The receptionist assured me they did this all the time. The service person came out and tested the shower with buckets of water and went into the basement to check pipes. He informed me the pipe and drain did not leak. This was not included info on the invoice . He also changed the diverter in a separate bathroom. He told me he could not repair the leaking showerpan or base which was the main problem that I initially called about. So I was completely misled about their services and feel overcharged for the diagnoses of a cracked showerbase which I already notified them of when I called for repairs. I feel really ripped off. Update: Eric (owner of Escape Plumbing) called shortly after I posted this review and offered to re- evaluate the leak issue himself free of charge .Although I declined his offer , I feel it was commendable on his part to offer further assistance. The faucet that was replaced in the separate bathroom works well and I am satisfied with that repair, although it seemed somewhat pricey at $349.00. Lisa Emerick
Xander was wonderful. Very professional and did a great job! Our fill water valve on our toilet stopped working and we were using buckets to flush. Super annoying to have to do that, so we called escape plumbing and they came and fixed our problem the next day. Showed up on time. Very neat and organized truck, you can tell they have a clean operation and know what they’re doing
