I got here at 14:30 to pickup a full truck load.
They started loading right away.
One shipping dock one receiving dock.
I purchase a little garbage with swinging lid included for my grandson from Amazon. The product delivered without the lid which to my grandson it's important lol. Amazon would not just mail the lid they wanted the garbage mailed back which was not an option for my grandson. Amazon recomended I contact the seller Superio.
F. Silberstein emailed back took all order information and requested my address to mail me the lid I needed. I so appreciate mr. Silberstien, he was kind, professional and to the point. Thank you for your service sir! I will gladly buy from them again ♥️

Have you ever sent a random message to a company hoping they might respond?
On July 4th, we had an issue with our trash bin, with wear and tear; the peddle to open the lid simply got tired and would not fully open. I pulled the unit apart and noticed fatigue on a part of the lid assembly.
I sent a message to the product support team and worked on a Macgyver solution not expecting a reaponse. The following Monday a member of their team responded and worked on a solution for us. The solution was perfect. I will happily buy another product from them again.
