Fantastic experience with having a custom runner installed on our stairs. Their carpet selection was incredibly broad and of high quality. Install and pricing were incredibly reasonable, better than Empire and other big names. Would absolutely use them again for future work.
Friendly and prompt service for carpeting needs. We've had three rooms and a stair runner installed and they've done a great job with each. 9/27/22 update: I wasn't able get A Better to repair some spots in carpets they'd installed so I found Strictly Carpet Repairs who did a great job. Minus one star
They were friendly courteous neat and did the whole room in an hour and 1/2. They did a great job put furniture back perfectly and even vacuumed before they left..
Would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends!!
We carpeted three bedrooms, a staircase, and a bonus room with A Better Carpet.... they were fast, efficient, trustworthy and a local family-owned business. We had a great experience with them!!!!!
Had carpet installed today. Very happy with installers and service. They were on time and moved all furniture with no issues. Great people to do business with. They really work with you. Highly recommend them. A very large choice of carpet and flooring to pick from.
