John Gaynor was recommended by a neighbor who was very pleased with the renovation of their bath, not just the outcome, but the process itself. Now, with our project completed, there is no doubt we made the right decision. Throughout the total renovation of our primary bath, from the very beginning through completion, the feeling while working with John was that it was a collaborative effort. His estimate fit our budget. We were also extremely impressed with his crew. They were skilled, efficient, quiet and courteous. All living space surrounding the work area was protected and thoroughly vacuum cleaned at days end.
