Outstanding service at Birch & Aspen!
Mark Alley was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident in our decisions. What really stood out was how far he went above and beyond he personally called another shop to help us get the service we needed for our skis instead of just sending us on our way.
True gentleman, incredibly informative, and genuinely focused on helping rather than selling. This is exactly what 5-star service looks like. Highly recommend asking for Mark if you stop in.
I can’t recommend this snowboarding shop enough! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the sport. They helped me find the perfect board for my skill level and riding style. The selection is top-notch with all the best brands and latest gear.
What really stood out was the level of service: I rented a snowboard & they took the time to adjust my bindings and make sure I was fully ready to hit the slopes. Prices were very reasonable, and you can tell they really care about building lasting relationships with their customers.

This is by far one of the best shops around. You can tell this place is family owned because they actually care. They clearly care about the gear, the service, and the people. The staff is incredibly experienced and takes the time to make sure you’re set up with whatever you may need.
