The doctors at this office are truly excellent — they go above and beyond for their patients and provide outstanding care. I really appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Keep up the great work🙏🏻
However, the front desk staff is a different story. In my experience, they seem disorganized and uninterested in helping patients. There’s a clear lack of care and urgency when handling concerns, and it often feels like patients are treated as just a number. It’s frustrating when the quality of the medical staff isn’t matched by the first point of contact at the office.
There’s definitely room for improvement at the front desk, especially when it comes to communication, empathy, and accountability!.
Dr.Araujo is by far one of the best doctors around, he is extremely thorough and never makes your visit feel rushed, he actually listens to his patients!
