Front desk representative Carrie very personable and welcoming. Nursing supervisor was pleasant and assisted us with information. Nursing staff very kind and supportive.

All About You! Home Care LLC And Riverglenn work well together! I made a visit today with a very complex individual and Riverglenn was doing an amazing job, her skin looked good, she was awake, oriented, the cnas were gentle, experienced and they cared!! I was impressed and grateful for what I witnessed.

The staff is so friendly! It makes such a difference!

The facility smells wonderful too! It is so clean.

Staff really care and it shows in the effort they make to encourage patients to get outside or play bingo, etc instead of staying in their room all day and night everyday.

My husband was in River Glen for four weeks and received warm and exceptional care. Nicole, His nurse, Was wonderful! She was extremely attentive to his every need and very compassionate to the very end. Jessica and Red, we’re very much the same. John and the PT team went above and beyond in encouraging him during his treatments.
My husband felt very comfortable and safe at River Glen, as everyone on staff was very knowledgeable of when each of his medication‘s should be given, as well as, responding, quickly when he made his many requests for attention.
Toward the end of My husband’s stay, He became very ill. The River Glen staff acted quickly, changing his room to a private hospice one, where his family and I were able to comfort him until his last day.
River Glen is a well deserved 4.6 star rating Care home, but my family and I believe that rating should be a five star one after our experience with them in treating my husband during his stay.

My mother was a late evening admission coming from the hospital. She was warmly welcomed at River Glen and the nurses and aids gave her such loving reassasurance as they professionally did intake. They answered my questions and gave me pertinent information. Everyone was happy friendly and kind. My mother came from a terrible previous nurseing home stay for post surgical recovery in which I had to remove her by ambulance to the ER because of severe neglect. Mom and I were scared to go to another nurseing home but River Glen was so beautiful. The place the employees the safety in place. Top notch. I feel peace about her being there and most importantly my mom was happy to be there . I highly recommend River Glen.
UPDATE: My mother is home now and in great spirits. The physical therapy she received here has her well on her way to full recovery. They set up VNA for her and called in her meds to CVS. It was a smooth transfer home . So grateful for River Glen.
