I highly recommend this office. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very clean and well maintained office. Both Dr. Baxt and the sonogram technician took their time explaining the procedure for my particular circumstance. I really appreciate them. I have already recommended them to my friends. Thank you all so very much.
The doctor and staff are very professional and friendly. They are also informative and always willing to answer any questions. They went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. They have excellent protocols in place during the pandemic. So I also felt at ease.
The place itself is very clean. It looks like they take pride in what they do. The female Dr was excellent, very patient and explained everything in a clear and understanding manner. The intake person who takes pictures of your legs is professional and friendly. I enjoyed my visit there and my favorite were the shorts that are provided for you. Never knew you can get shorts that fit like those did. Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely refer anyone there. Thank you for being great in the customer service department which means a lot.
The Southbury Vein Clinics of America is a beautiful facility with a great staff! I was nervous but soon put at ease with the amount of knowledge and kindness shown to me. They were very personable and genuinely interested in what I had to say. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was ensured that I could call at any time with any question. I would definitely recommend this facility to all my friends! Can't wait to get started with my treatments.
