I just finished my treatment five sessions for prostate cancer and I could not have been treated with more dignity and professionalism that I received from Advanced radiation center from the moment I walked in with fear to my last treatment. I was encouraged to stay positive that things would be OK and today they’re wonderful.
Very well run office. All the staff are extremely helpful and very kind. Had some difficulties with insurance approval at the beginning, but they were on top of it and assured me they will get it taken care of. Which they did. Highly recommend Dr. Zimberg and the whole practice.
The technicians and the staff at ARC are absolutely the best. The patients are treated with empathy, compassion and respect. You are always treated within the assigned time for your treatment. They work with you to help you to regulate your water intake which is critical for proper treatment. I especially would like to commend Scott and Donna for their special attention to their patients. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
The professionalism of the entire staff is nothing short of excellent. Dr. Agrawal's medical prowes and leadership is commendable, having guided me all through the journey and making me feel at ease at all times and that's a big part of what makes ACS of New York a pillar in the medical community. I highly recommend them if you are in need of treatment.
