Thank you, Harwinton happenings for suggesting 4 Seasons in Thomaston to do repairs on my propane gas fireplace insert. The service was great, the technician (Jay) was friendly and the price was very fair.
I had Four Seasons install a gas conversion to my wood burning fireplace. Jay led the effort and did a great job. They coordinated with my plumber, pulled the permit, installed everything in a few hours and left a clean work site. Warmly recommended!
The service technician Jay McCahill was absolutely wonderful. He came on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my Napoleon propane fireplace very quickly. Christine in the office was also very easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Four Seasons Fire & Hearth!
We’ve worked with Four Seasons Fire & Hearth a few times now after being referred by a friend, and they’ve been great every time. Justin and his team installed our Regency CI2700 wood insert about a year ago, and it’s been awesome!!
They were easy to work with — professional, responsive, and clearly know their stuff. The install looks perfect and runs like a Cadillac. It heats the house incredibly well and still looks brand new. Even our dog has made a permanent spot in front of it.
