Beth and the entire Gagnon family were an absolute pleasure to work with. We ordered some tile through them last year at the recommendation of a GC we hired, and had a great experience. This year we reached out for a hardwood install for our master bedroom and upstairs hallway. The guys knocked it out in two days and did an incredible job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the install and experience in dealing with them. Highly recommended!
We can’t be more pleased with Gagnon’s! Beth was very patient and helpful during the process of selecting our new flooring. We contracted for our living room. Beth gave us a date and time. Mark Sr and Jr arrived on time. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with! Extremely neat and clean, exceptional workmanship. We were so pleased we contracted for 2 more rooms. Once again, we had the same pleasant experience! In our many projects to our home, we have never used any business more than once as there was always an issue that soured our experience. We would not hesitate to contact Gagnon’s for a third time! Pride of ownership and workmanship is very evident.

I am genuinely happy with the work done for me! I had 2 rooms of old and stained hardwood flooring that needed refinishing. Through a recommendation from a friend, I called Gagnon's and someone came to evaluate the next day. Then the 3 day refinishing job was set in their schedule fairly quickly. I am so grateful for all of their efforts and consideration! And my floors are GORGEOUS! Both Marks are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and everyone in this family owned business are simply nice people to work with!
