Gluten Free Gringa's baked goods are amazing! I am not on a strict Gluten free diet but have purchased her baked goods because they are super tasty! Besides being delicious, Deb the owner is super accommodating and passionate about her customers. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Delicious and beautiful baked goods and everything is gluten-free and some is even dairy free or vegan. Provides really unique options like stuffing mix for the holidays, cinnamon rolls, beautiful cakes, chocolate tacos, pies for the holidays, sourdough bread, etc. Now she even offers cookie or cupcake decorating classes, locally as well. Definitely a local small business gem. We aren’t even actually gluten-free in our family. We order because it’s delicious and beautiful. You don’t even miss the gluten 🤷♀️
As someone who was diagnosed with celiac after 30 years of eating gluten, I honestly didn’t know what kind of birthday cake I would be able to enjoy. The thought brought me to tears. A few days before my birthday, I reached out to the Gluten Free Gringa, sobbing as I told her my story. She immediately reassured me that she could make a cake for me and gave me so many wonderful options.
Her understanding and kindness meant the world to me. She truly gets how isolating food allergies can feel, and she made my birthday incredibly special. The chocolate raspberry birthday cake she made was absolutely decadent, beautiful, and honestly one of the best cakes I’ve ever had in my life.
She was so easy to work with, thoughtful, and generous with her recommendations. I feel so lucky to have a safe, delicious option for my birthday, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing gluten free desserts. She’s an incredible baker and an amazing human being.
Absolutely beautifully decorated gluten free chocolate cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday party! My daughter has celiac disease and it was incredible to find someone who not only can make celiac safe gluten free goods (100% GF kitchen), but also the best tasting, moist chocolate cake ever! ALSO, affordable. The entire cake disappeared at the party, no leftovers. 100% recommend! Thank you gluten free gringa ❤️
Such wonderful tasty creations with impeccable attention to quality and detail. Definitely a “can’t even tell it’s Gluten Free” kind of experience. My favorite part is that she always picks the hardest things to execute and then works to perfect them. A real gem for the local GF community.
