my go to for makeup and skin care since I met the wonderful staff a few years ago. I was bummed when Lord and Taylor's closed but now am so happy because Heidi at Bluemercury is amazing and handles all my skin care and make up needs. Great store. Great Staff Great Sales and Promotions....
Heidi was the best sales associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She’s beautifully put together and her make up is on point. Her knowledge of new best products is amazing. And her kindness and helpfulness made my visit such a pleasure.
New favorite makeup store! I came to this place and had a great experience. Dana, the sales associate, was busy with another costumer at that time, but, she was really nice and polite enough to acknowledge me and let me know she’ll be with me in a second. From the first moment, she helped and suggested me different options of what I was looking for. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything I didn’t like, like sometimes happens in different stores. I can tell without doubt why Dana is the store manager; she really treats everyone with sympathy and respect. I for sure would recommend this store to my friends and come back here for more goods!
