Usual BBW store, but I didn't get any assistance offered at all. It felt a bit unusual.
I absolutely love their wallflower plug-ins. They last a long time and some that have scent control/night light are the best. I especially love the teal colored three turtles. They are so pretty at night. My favorite new scent is Winter Apple. It is a little sweet but not overpowering and refreshing. The scent control plug in with a night light is perfectly bright and you can control the amount of scent you want. In this particular store the staff is very friendly but professional. I love the intimate set up of this store. I would highly recommend this item/store.
Izzy was so great!! We came by with no expectations of shopping, Izzy was super helpful in communicating the deals that were happening in store and helping with navigating the different scents we were shopping for. She gave us great suggestions based on our shopping needs and did so without being pushy or uncomfortable. Not only were we receiving great service ourselves, we witnessed how seamlessly she helped multiple groups at once!
One of the sales reps was very nice. I almost made a purchase because of her.
