They have a good selection of shoes and everyone was very nice!
Yesterday I went to the Vans store to purchase shoes for my son. There were two attendants who were super. First one was named Mel and the second was named Kalen. These two people were great. They were super friendly, so patient, and really helped me. They took their time to talk to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. They were truly concerned with me finding the right pair of shoes, not just making an easy sale. If you go to this store, ask for Mel and Kalen. They were great!
Every time I've came in this store I felt like this staff knew me and we were friends. They are so friendly and helpful, thank you 🤘Everyone in my family has their own vans collection. even if you don't find anything in store they will order what ever you are looking for and you could also order online at home and pick up your stuff the same day! To the boss you picked some really awesome people to work at Vans 🤘
The young lady at the store thought my daughter was stealing. Because she had a lot of bags. I proceeded to take my daughter bags and walk outside of the store. She looks with puzzling look on her face because she was not aware that I was with her. She was so much on her phone talking about my daughter that she didn’t know we were together. She described what my daughter had on and everything. Just terrible. Employees need to stay off their phone in front of customers.
