5 stars only because of Johanna in Woodcliff Lake store. Otherwise the worst customer service possible. I cannot place an order online (I have a question), I cannot speak to anyone. I leave vm and do not get a call back.
Beautiful store and staff. You will feel the attention from the moment you enter. Johanna the manager help me picking up my online order. She was very attentive, helping me find more tops and making my experience beyond, she went to extra mile. I will definitely recommend this location even is a little far away but worth the trip.
