Chris is the best! He is there for you when you need him and helps through issues until the very end. I moved into my new home about a year ago and was inexperienced with this equipment. He was kind enough to walk me through my issues and concerns on the phone, even via FaceTime to make sure I understood how everything works and was in working order with my unit. I highly recommend this company knowing their equipment is top notch and their customer service is exceptional!
I was having sudden issues with my water this past summer and in troubleshooting, ended up calling Chris. Chris came by on short notice, took a look at everything, tested my water and concluded everything with the system was fine and I didn’t need to spend a dime. Meanwhile, I had also called the company who installed the system (found their sticker on a tank after calling Chris) and they said they recommended replumbing and upgrading tanks — for $1700! I appreciate Chris’ honesty and willingness to come out and provide a “consultation”. I’ll certainly call him in the future for any water system stuff!
We've had a great experience with Chris Parkhurst at HD Water. Chris tested our water for its chemical breakdown last week and followed up with us quickly that it was safe. Excellent service and follow up! He's been very fair. We agreed to have Chris draw up an agreement for a drinking and cooking water spout for our kitchen. The company has been great to deal with. The quality of our water has made it so that we don't want to drink any other water....nothing else tastes as good. Chris was very accommodating in scheduling our annual service check, and did not push any unnecessary work or parts. I would definitely recommend at least getting your water quality tested; I knew mine wasn't great, but the test revealed it was even worse than anticipated. This has been a great investment for us.
Satisfaction reigned from the beginning starting with Bill, the lead off of a very effective team. He checked the water with a number of different tests and explained each step. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a low key salesman. On installation day Pete, the plumber, was a professional. He worked hard and steady to install our system in the correct manner. Chris was timely in coming to double check that the water system was working the way it should after it was installed and made sure we understood the new water system. We can drink our water after many years of buying bottled water. Cleaning the shower, tub, sinks and toilets is much easier, and they look great. My blond hair no longer has a “green” sheen and is much more manageable. Also, my skin is not dry when I leave the shower. The coffee tastes much better. Wish we had known about and installed this system a long time ago.
