We scheduled a 7:15am appointment, dropped off our truck this morning at 6:30am and then my husband and I went to work. Our truck was not ready until almost 3:30. All we needed was the first scheduled maintenance check/oil change completed. What's annoying is I called at 1:30pm to check on the status and they said another hour. However, it wasn't until almost 3:30pm that it was ready. Apparently, and they don't tell you this, when you drop off your car for service they push you to the end of the line if there are people waiting for their cars. So frustrating, especially if you have somewhere to be and expect your car to be completed. Overall, an okay visit because the staff was friendly, but 8 hours for an oil change?!
I would like to share a positive review of the car dealership service I recently received.
The team at Lester Glenn Chevy provided exceptional service when I brought my car in for its maintenance appointment. Jason was particularly helpful, ensuring that the process was smooth and efficient.

Had my Suburban towed in for service during the night after hours without any prior notice to the service department. I received a call from Luke Stewart first thing in the morning who took care of the issue from start to finish with exemplary, professional care keeping me informed and completing the repair faster than I would have thought possible. My thanks for a great experience with Luke and the Lester Glenn Chevrolet service dept.
Purchased a 2025 vehicle and was having an electrical problem which they found and was taken care of. Everyone was very helpful.I would recommend their service department to everyone. Matt was my service advisor and was quite patient with me...Bless his heart. Thank you. I paid nothing because it was new. I'm only marking down the "not sure" answer because it won't let me send this unless I fill something in. They need to reconfigure this.

Jason, service at advisor, went way a over and beyond today. I thought it might need a new key and Jason was able to get it back together and functioning. Checked and filled my tires. He is, without a doubt, the best service person I have run into on a long time. Pleasant, kind, cheerful, knowledgeable. The world needs a lot more people like Jason. Hats off!!
