I worked with Lou Cipriani at Lester Glenn Hyundai when buying a car for my daughter to take to college, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lou was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He showed us multiple vehicles, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made sure we found the exact right car for her long commute. Safety was a top priority for us, and he thoroughly explained all the features that mattered and made sure the vehicle checked every box. We did several test drives and never once felt rushed. That level of care and professionalism is the reason I’m a repeat customer at Lester Glenn, and it’s the reason we’ll absolutely be back again.
I had a great experience last night with a new lease on a '26 Santa Fe. Karen M was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very easy. She and Sal in Finance had me out the door and in my new car before I knew it! I would definitely consider Karen for any future car needs.
Overall amazing experience here from the moment I walked through the door. Ryan Johnson and Sal were lovely to work with while buying my Kona just recently. Highly recommend Ryan as he was personable, thorough, and educated - Sal was super helpful with all the paperwork!

Very welcoming! Jason D was great, made you feel welcome. Very polite, went above and beyond to help us, never pressured us to settle on a vehicle. He was very patient while we were looking at a few different vehicles. Any employee we talked too, they were polite, especially Jason D and the GM.

Great experience all around. Came in very late on a Friday browsing the inventory lot. Was met with all smiles, no pressure, able to comfortably look around.
Was then eventually greeted by Jason who let me and my wife know if I had any questions, or needed anything, not to hesitate. After some searching we grabbed Jason for assistance on a Hyundai Venue. Jason provided fantastic product knowledge, answered all our questions, and gave us the technical and spec differences between the trim levels.
After deciding to move forward on a Hyundai Venue Limited we were met with Frank the sales manager, who just like Jason was very experienced, friendly, and accommodating. He provided several different price options including financing or cash purchase. He broke everything down for us in an easy to understand format which ultimately saved us even more money cause we took advantage of a rebate.
Last we encountered Anthony in finance who was all smiles and professional even after the dealership had shut down for the night since me and my wife popped in 1/2 hour before closing.
All in all our purchase took approx 1 1/2 hours and was smooth. Other dealers should take note on how to operate as I believe the upper management throughout all the Lester Glenn dealerships have good training and really understand what a customer experience should be when they are making a huge financial decision and purchase.
As a life long resident I appreciate having a quality dealership in Toms River!
