    Brought my wife's 24 Elantra for service writer was awesome no doubt. Got car serviced. Went home tpms light went on the lube guys tire gauge must junk all 4 tires were at 28 poundsi fixed that home and washer fluid was low I refilled it which should have been done and didn't even offer to wash car I've bought 3 cars from there and have had same problem

    Always a pleasant experience. Oil change ,tires rotated included as part of coverage. Waited in their lounge which is very nice and comfortable.

    Brought in my '24 Hyndai Sonata for service. My service associate Keith B. and the mechanic Greg diagnosed the issue I was having with the car swiftly. They efficiently took care of the problem, and inspected the rest of the vehicle to ensure no other issues were present. Could not have asked for better service.

    I had bought a 2019 hyundai tuscon on Feb 19th 2025 from Crystal shw was wonderful! Bit I noticed on Thurs the 39th it starting to pull to the right and left and when I braked at high speeds the rotors were needed to be changed on the back right there is a digital in it .I called on Friday morning and got an appointment for Tues. At 1:40 to air or it .they knew what had to be done I told them ot needed an alignment and rotor. First they expected me to pay for it when I just bought it.which is ridiculous this should of been done and checked .then as I waited for it for 2hrs I was told the mechanic said it didn't Need a alignment ! I said yes it does I know about cars being married to a mechanic and I've had 2 people drive that car and told me the same thing who are mechanics .and then they proceeded to yel me they can't fix the rotor because they didn't realize they had to do that and I would have to come back for that. When I told them that when I made the appointment! Now I have to go back in Monday and wait again .I don't I understand why he can't see I need an alignment number 1! And now I'm wasting time coming back again for rhe same thing I made an appointment for in the first place .and these things I'm not paying for after I just spent all this money buying this vehicle
