I can’t say enough great things about Ken’s Auto Body. As someone who had never dealt with car damage before, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but their team exceeded every expectation. The service, communication, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Everything was truly first-class, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Our car had a minor fender bender that we were going to have fixed. Charlie told me that he wouldn’t even bother. He also advised that a dealer would give us the same amount if we fixed it or not on trade-in. I verified that. That is why we have been using them for years. With completely recommend using Ken’s auto body for any repair work you may have.
I was hit by a big truck while making a turn. Truck was held at fault. Their insurance quoted the repairs over $10k in damages. Ken’s Auto Body took my car and immediately started to work on it. Everyone at the shop was friendly, communicative and efficient. Returned my car looking brand new and on time. Would use this shop again.
I took my Nissan Rogue to Ken's after a deer creamed my front corner panel. From the start, everyone was polite and upfront about pricing and estimating how long the repair would take. I've heard stories about supply chain delays and labor shortages. They likely turned what would have been a one to two-week job into a four-week job. I was prepared for the extra waiting time. I got my car back this morning and so far I'm pleased with the results. On the plus side, Ken and his staff were very accommodating. They gave me a ride back home when I dropped off and brought my car to me when the repair was done. On the minus side, my car's interior smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there may well have been an extra few miles on the odometer. The bottom line for me...the job of repairing my car's damage was done well. The other stuff is the difference between a four-star and a five-star rating.
