We had a little misunderstanding but Tom (I think he is the manager) took care of it right away and priotized the job for my car as I needed to fetch my daughter at school the next hour. One of the crew, Joe is very helpful and explained what is going with my car and took care what is needed asap.

1 of my family member came from Canada. While traveling,suddenly rear break was creating lot of noise but this guy's replaced new break very quickly in cheaper rate.
I had an emergency (nail in my tire) and was also due for an oil change... another local shop was short staffed on techs and turned me away. I called Meineke and they said to pop on over without hesitation. Even though they were busy, they happily accommodated me and even gave me a coupon (at their own will, I did not have a coupon on hand). Tom and his entire team were fantastic -- great service & great price too! I would recommend their services 100%.
Tom was attentive and professional. He made you feel welcome the moment you stepped into Meineke shop.

The mechanic took the time to check everything under the hood. In the end, I only needed to have an oil change and change the air filter. There is NO unnecessary work nor hidden fee added to my bill.
