Evergreen is truly exceptional!!! From the front desk staff to the techs and doctors, everyone is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely puts your pet’s best interest first. They take the time to listen, never feel pushy, and always address concerns with care and compassion. The office is clean, welcoming, and convenient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Thank you for your response. To clarify, our concern that day was vomiting — the facial swelling you mentioned had occurred the day before and had already resolved. When we called, we were told the clinic was too busy and advised to go to the ER. When we pressed to be seen, we were informed that the fee would be higher. This was the second time we were advised to go elsewhere when our dog was sick, so we wanted to share our honest experience. We understand that clinics get busy. Our goal in posting this review wasn’t to cause conflict, but to provide honest feedback based on our experience. Sorry that mentioning a review felt like a threat to you — it wasn’t meant that way at all. We just wanted to share our experience honestly. Lastly, our dog was seen and given anti nausea injection which could have been done at your office . Rob jenkins

This is the absolute best Veterinary Practice around. Incredible staff, caring and attentive and very clean. We recently had to put our dog down and they took the time to send us a beautiful hand written sympathy card with her paw prints. They always go the extra mile and never try to upsell you or talk you into anything you are not comfortable doing like many others around. I can not say enough great things about them.

Thank you to Evergreen Vet for welcoming our puppy last year. When we adopted him he had a lump on his neck and the Vets and staff were all extremely helpful in providing exams and scheduling appointments to get it tested and eventually removed. Ash loves coming to the vet now and I am grateful for the ease of appointments and friendliness of the front desk staff and other patrons.

I can't say enough good things about the vets and staff they are all friendly, they treat ALL my pets like they were their own. They have seen them last min for emergencies. With 5 indoor pets they have been very accommodating with scheduling more than one pet at a time. One of pets was going to another vet for 10 years. Out of no where he started to have a great deal of pain I called the other vet they told me they couldn't get him in for a month. I couldn't believe that. I called Evergreen where my two bassets go and they told me to bring him down on a sat at that. And they had never seen him. They now have all 5 .
