Decent, clean with very kind staff. We had to leave early, so we couldn't stay for breakfast.
I'm not sure what's with a lot of the bad reviews. I thought the place was clean. Exactly what I expect for a quality inn. Dated, but comfortable.
The Asian diner attached is very good as well.
My only small complaint is the hot water. Could have been a bit warmer, but it was fine.
We stayed a few days for a friends wedding. The reason to stay here is the price of course, but also the staff! They were so kind and welcoming and really did a good job keeping things clean. Our room was cleaned everyday without asking. If we had any questions they were very approachable and helpful. The staff kills it.
The room on the other hand was a tad smelly - Like an old dingy smell. But to be honest the whole area kind of smelled, so it could have been natural swampy trash area 😂.
Other than the smell the room was good for the price. We had a king and a couch. The bed was pretty comfy and the couch was decent. Tv is small but works. Thermostat worked okay as well. The shower was a little lacking - fixture was broken and the water pressure wasn't amazing, but it did the job, right down the middle of showers. I stubbed my toe a couple times on some wooden blocks the couch was propped up on for some reason. The breakfast was from 6-9 and was pretty good - can get your fill for sure.
There's a chinese restaurant attached to the hotel, but I wasn't sure if it was open or abandoned, so not a great look.
If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with some good service, then look no further. It gets the job done with a smile.
