Boundary Motel

#108 now you would think when you hear a motel! Like motel sleezy dirty crackheads ECT… nah this is way above that and iam a very well non person. Now for the cheap price how clean and well kept this place is. Why in the heck will I pay 100s of dollars at the Marriott Hilton or any big name place. When I get the same curtsy respect cleanest and in some rooms like a bigger space a stove and fridge. But not only that’s an and his Wife and staff is very accommodating respectful and will go above and beyond for you. They treat you as if you are really apart of they family 💯 % true and they are like family: when you read this review I’d rather stay in the Boundry motel then any other place dealing with rude and unpleasant managers and disgusting staff behavior.

This place helped me out a lot when I needed somewhere to live. It is affordable and is an efficiency, so you can stay as long as you like. The owner Sam was very nice with me and worked with me even when I came short on the money. I recommend it to anyone that needs an affordable place to stay. There is also a very good diner right across from the motel with delicious food.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. The people at the office were so sweet and had such a good attitude towards me. They helped me find good places to eat because I am originally from Pennsylvania visiting family. They gave some of the best places nearby and the rooms were so cozy and clean. If I had to recommend a place to stay, it would be here.

From the beginning the woman in office had bad attitude. When entering room the stove was pulled off the wall and in walkway. The smoke and CO detectors were off wall sitting on TV. I politely asked back at office if maintenance would when had a chance to put stove back on wall and detectors back. She accused me of moving stove and was rude about the smoke detectors telling me not to touch them. Maintenance finally came and was rude. Said stove doesn't work and don't touch it. Room was cold at night. They said heat was on? They refused to give a different room and maintenance guy repeatedly saying with attitude if don't like it here to go somewhere else. They know my situation didn't involve me going somewhere else. I felt takien advantage of because I am temporary homeless and city paid for room. They knew this and treated me like with no respect. I do not recommend this place. After 2 days the smoke detector not installed and heat not working. The refrigerator is very noisy and can't use stove. I wonder if social services wasn't paying my bill if I would still be having the room issues and the attitude from them.
