I wish that I could give this company TEN Stars! Our old water softener system was so old that nobody would work on it any longer. A friend suggested Culligan ,so we called for an estimate. Andy Ball was most personable and informative and based on his expert explanations and recommendations from our friends, we chose to have a new Culligan water softener system installed immediately. The installation was expertly done with no drama or issues. The installers really seemed to like their jobs, which is always a good sign. Cleanup was impeccable. We've had the system for about 2 weeks now, and the water is much better in every respect for cooking, cleaning and bathing. Most importantly, the morning coffee tastes better too. I highly recommend Culligan for their products, and equally as important, a company to work with where every little thing is done to perfection and there's no drama or "misunderstandings" Culligan is here for their customers and it shows.

We installed the water softener from culligan recently.
It was an easy and educational process that culligan representatives explained thoroughly about our water condition and the process of installing softener and power outlet, etc.

First off, I’d like to say Andy ball has been fantastic! He’s been with me every step of the way, and addressed every single concern I’ve had — pre-install AND (most importantly) post install — He has truly always went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service: a LOST art in today’s day of age.

The water system in my house was totally broken and inefficient. The system is now amazing. I have a 4000 square foot house, and I only have to fill salt once per year. It also looks very neat and organized, color coded and all. Would highly recommended! Thanks again!

Having been in my new home for five years and battling hard water and bad hair ( and never mind All the mineral buildup around the fixtures )it was time I called the “Culligan man.”Andy was extremely responsive in my initial call and there after. He was very knowledgeable & informative during the water testing appointment. I had many follow up questions and again he was quick to respond and answered all my questions.
