AT&T

I came to Somerset store. I really appreciate Wally, he accomodates me very well, giving me good deals on my plan and did upgrade on our devices.. So nice to have an AT&T store nearby. kudos to the Somerset team.. thank you

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Bianca who helped me out at AT&T. She was super friendly and actually knew what she was talking about, which honestly isn't always the case at phone stores.
I came in kind of confused about what plan I needed, and instead of just trying to upsell me on everything, she actually listened and helped me figure out what made sense for my budget. She broke everything down in a way that actually made sense and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions.
The whole process was way easier than I expected. She got everything set up and made sure it was all working before I left. No rushing me out the door or anything like that.
If you need help at this location, definitely ask for Bianca. She made the whole thing painless and I actually left in a good mood, which is saying something for a phone store visit. Thanks Bianca!

Wally was our direct contact at the store. He was gracious, patient and answered ever question we had. We walked away with more than we plan to purchase. In addition he helped us three years ago and we were blessed to see him here this time. My husband and I both recommend a big extra bonus!
