Went here for dinner after visiting a farm in the area for a holiday event and we all thought it was excellent. Lively vibe and friendly service. Glad we made a reservation as place was jammed on a December Saturday at 7pm. Has both bar table seating and a separate dining room.
Wings, cheesesteaks, quesadillas, soup, sandwiches all great. Limited but adequate beer list. If ever in area again, would definitely return.
food was spot on! from appetizers to salad and main meal. 10 out of 10. chicken parm portion can feed 2 people. dessert 🤣 best cheesecake i have ever had in 33 years of being on this earth. waitress was incredibly happy and polite. 108$ bill for the food and drinks and a 40$ tip well deserved. Will definitely come back to eat again. hidden gem this place is. food prices are very good for the portions.
Dubai Chocolate Cocktail looks questionable but just trust me it’s so fire. Live music was awesome too. This place rocks.
Took my nephew out for dinner and went over to the Chesterfield Inn.
He has never been there before. We were both gonna do dinners but ended up sharing a large Pie. I forgot how good they were. Excellent choice.
As busy as the place was Tony, our server did an excellent job and was on top of everything.
2. Went tonight with my son he has never been here. From beginning till the end, the food the service was fantastic. Our server Samantha did a killer job! If her bosses read this, give her a raise!
Nice old building with charm. Food is fairly good. I got the paddy melt and it was pretty flavorful and the coleslaw and fries were good. The onion rings and mozzerella sticks and chicken tenders were very crispy. My husband got a scallop and pasta dish. He said the scallops were sandy and the pasta was bland but otherwise pretty good. My mule was good and balanced but my husband's old fashioned was really bitter and not well balanced and loaded with small ice cubes so it watered down hast.
The service here was very very slow and forgetful. Our group ordered 2 of the appetizer sampler and they brought one. When we asked the waitress she said "oh you ordered 2? I thought you only ordered 1" and then told us it would take too long to make another but if we swapped the wings for another item it would come out faster so we did that.
Then the soups and salads came out very disjointed (we had 9 people but they brought out 2 to 3 at a time separated by 5 mins or more). 2 of the soups didnt come out till way after everyone else's were served and we reminded the waitress. The french onion soup was fairly good but nothing to write home about.
Then the entrees came out in shifts as well. Normally you expect everyone at the table to be served in short order but this was not the case. In fact one of the entrees was forgotten and it took over 10 mins after everyone else was served to get it after we got someone and told them she never got her entree. They apologized and comped the entree but it was really terrible that everyone had warm food waiting to eat for her entree and then having to start without her cuz it was taking so long. The desserts were good though. Overall food was pretty good but service was an odd experience and not good for a group.
