Colombo’s 900 Degrees Pizza

I’ve had their pizza before and it was very good, around February of 2025. I was excited to go tonight and pick up a pie. I got the buffalo chicken pizza ( I’ve had before)….. the meat on the pizza was questionable. Did not seem like chicken. Pizza was very chewy (chicken? Was rock hard) and not worth $23. It tasted like a pizza I would order at 2 am when drunk in college. If you’re going to charge high prices, you have to have high quality food. Picture shows additional hot sauce I added to try and make it edible. Also, cheese looks like it was bought from the dollar general.

Was looking for food to cater my daughters 1st birthday party, (about 40 people) I am so glad I went with Colombo's 900! I did not have to worry about a thing, the owner Mike had everything taken care of AND some, (he really surprised us with a huge platter of fresh mozz, roasted peppers and tomato). The attention to detail was superb, every guest was asking me about it. Cooked with love and intention, Mike's food had my guests wondering if dinner was homemade. Super fresh pizza. The sourdough was AMAZING! Our server was so sweet. We got half Buffalo margarita and half vegetable. Everything was super flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend and will be back to try more! Simone was our server again and can’t say enough good things! The mozzy sticks were phenomenal! Both pastas were homemade and had such wonderful flavor! My mom enjoyed the mussels. The cheesecake was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Picked up dinner tonight and it was so delicious 😋 Rigatoni Bolognese with a dollop of ricotta was as if I went home to my Nonna's house for Sunday dinner. They also gave me this amazing bread to try tonight and it was perfect for dipping in sauce and seasoned olive oil! The pizza margherita was delicious too. It smells so good when you walk in this restaurant and since I picked up dinner tonight my house smells great too. Thank you to all. Everybody was very friendly and with smiling faces. Very welcoming.
