This is such a great restaurant ! Me and my family have been having Khan Baba’s food for years and they never fail to have exceptional service and delectable halal food. We’ve never had a bad experience with them despite many visits. The workers here are very nice and hospitable. Not only is the food very affordable, but it is also so flavorful.
I highly recommend you come here with your family and have a great time! Overall 10/10
Amazing Experience at Khan Baba – North Brunswick!
Update: 12-6-2025.
Khan Baba: A Must for Pulao & Biryani Lovers!
If you're in North Brunswick, you must try the rice dishes at Khan Baba.
The Biryani (I had the \text{Goat}) is truly sublime—perfectly cooked, separate basmati grains infused with a deep, complex, and aromatic spice blend. It’s authentic and unforgettable.
The Pulao is equally impressive but showcases a lighter, more fragrant, and delicately spiced flavor profile. It’s a wonderful contrast to the Biryani’s richness.
Both dishes are masterfully prepared, demonstrating a clear commitment to quality and authenticity. Generous portions, fantastic value, and incredible flavor. Highly recommended!
I recently tried Khan Baba’s new Degi Charga promotion, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced—easily one of the best Charga dishes I’ve had in the area.
A special shout-out to Chef Rashid, who truly made the experience memorable. His attention to detail, warm personality, and dedication to quality really shined through in the dish. You can tell he puts genuine care into his food.
Highly recommend stopping by and trying the Degi Charga while the promotion lasts. Khan Baba never disappoints!
I am from New York and every so often I visit North Brunswick to spend time with my boyfriend. Upon visiting, I was greeted with the warmest energy from a man working there. Automatically his energy radiated just from the food he wanted us to sample. He said “we use real, natural spices” and I loved every second of being there. I loved the pride he carried with his food, each sample was amazing. After speaking with this wonderful person, I found out his name is Rashed. I highly recommend anyone if they love South Asian food to try Khan Baba. You’ll love the experience. Now this restaurant is a staple when I come over! THANK YOU for your service and treating us so nice!!
We tried the weekend buffet brunch today at this North Brunswick location of Khan Baba (other location is in Franklin Park.) Greeted with warmth by the Chef Rashad Ikram we were advised that fresh food was on its way while we were settling in with some delicious sweet mango lassi. Chef took time to explain each dish's origin, such as Royal Mutanjan, a classic Mughal dessert of sweet, multi-colored rice rich and decadent is considered a royal dish. All the dishes were prepared with fresh organic home made spices. The menu was brief but the dishes were delicious. We sampled on Channa/Bhatura, Keema Kadai, Lahori Chicken, Mutton Kunna along with freshly made steaming Nan served at the table. There was warm , delectable halwa to go with a huge fluffy puri. Each dish was tastefully prepared and meats were melt-in-the-mouth soft. The gravy was not overly spicy or creamy! Firnee, a creamy traditional rice pudding served cold with sprinkled nuts, completed a well balanced brunch. Kudos to the Chef! A must-try.
