The people of Quail Creek Pharmacy, they are Amazing and Compassionate. My son is on medications that he needs to fight epilepsy. For some reason my sons insurance wasn't going through today, I haven't received the paperwork yet. I thought I was going to have take a small loan out to get my sons medication today. Nope, only 15$. When I say I was going to cry, I mean it. The relief I felt was incredible. I will Always use Quail Creek Pharmacy! I cannot thank them enough for being so wonderful!!! Nice staff but every time we get a prescription they don’t have it or we have to come back for remaining pills. Not convenient for a busy family to have to make 2 trips every time they fill a prescription.
Quail Creek Pharmacy is beyond exceptional regarding personal attention and customer service. They are the definition of family friendly neighborhood pharmacy, something that is very rare these days. They fill scripts quickly and have a texting system to let you know it is ready. If you need a gift there are many sweet and thoughtful trinkets and ideas to choose from. Highly recommend.
