I’ve followed Yan Carlos through 6 different dealers, and Toyota City of Mamaroneck is by far the best service department I have ever experienced — in any car service experience, period.

James, my service rep, had phenomenal attention to detail. My car was repaired in one day, completely under-promised and over-delivered. When I arrived, my car was washed, cleaned, vacuumed, and waiting for me outside nice and warm.

Everyone here is genuinely nice, professional, and extremely efficient. I was in and out with zero stress, and I’m honestly super excited about the entire experience.

Toyota City is awesome! When I first sent an internet inquiry about a Prius I saw online, Michael promptly responded. Both him and Nick were extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Then, after reading some of the negative reviews on google and even an AI summary of Toyota City, I almost didn’t go. I was nervous about the bad reviews, but my personal experience with Mike and Nick were so good, that it made me want to take the chance, despite the negative reviews. As soon as my husband and I got there, we met Dahian outside and she was so kind and friendly! She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and worked with us on our specific requests. In fact, everyone at the dealership was nice, welcoming and helpful. They honored the original prices Mike and Nick first gave me on the phone and the whole process was seamless! Even the final contract/financial process was super fast! I leased my very first Prius plug-in and Joe gave us such a thorough explanation of all of the electronics in the car, which we really needed. He is so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Even though this place is an hour from where we live, I will definitely be going back to them! Thank you for a great experience and an awesome car!

Excellent experience. Needed and got same day drop off. Very prompt and courteous check in. Easy and quick. Turnaround time was super fast and well explained with a call and by Jose when I picked up car. Very pleased and most grateful to have service like this in the community.
