I walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday with a quick question about a used car in the area that i was interested in purchasing. Even though he was working on a car on the lift, and was probably itching to get out of there, (when i left, i found out it was) Frank the owner took the time to give me so much advice and feedback when he didn't have to.
