On The Mend Medical Supplies & Equipment

On the Mend was extremely helpful in the wake of my accident which required use of a reclining chair. They were able to provide one the day after I called. Kim in particular was helpful in extending my use of the chair from week to week to week. Their delivery & pickup personnel were polite & timely & were careful navigating the stairs in my home. This is my 2nd experience with On the Mend & I recommend them highly.

On The Mend is a tremendous resource for your medical needs. We had to get a medical machine for our son's ACL recovery and everyone at OTM was incredibly helpful and assistant us on our rental. And Marsi's follow up with us was invaluable. She took the time to reach out and genuinely cared about the way we were treated at OTM. She even had a video made demonstrating how to setup and use the CPM machine, which is invaluable when struggling to use something for the first time. It is good to know there are still brick and mortar companies out there that care about their customers and have good old school service. 5-star experience for everyone at OTM.

Second experience with On The Mend and impressed all over again. From booking a consult the day we called, to the day-after-tomorrow installation, to a professional follow up query about my experience, this company is awesome! Professional, friendly and so, so easy to deal with. Pricing and services clearly explained. Super quick responses to inquiries and a friendly, knowledgeable team all around. Regardless of our needs going forward, if OTM can provide it, they will be our choice.

The guys did an excellent job servicing my scooter; when they picked it up it had a bulky stutter to it and when they returned it to me not only was the stutter gone but it had a spunk in its step that it did not have previously! Needless to say I am over the moon!!🌙
And it doesn’t stop there! They also recently installed an inside lift for my scooter into my vehicle . The installation was swift, clean and professional. It is such a dream come true that I no longer have to pick my heavy scooter up and put it into my vehicle! I am still pinching myself and am in awe of this amazing stealthy mechanical arm that picks my scooter up and places it into my vehicle!!

What an amazing experience I had using On The Mend foe the rental of all necessary equipment that I required for my holiday. I travelled from Australia to NY for 4 weeks and everything was delivered to each location efficiently and communication was superb. Highly recommend, thanks Liam and team.
