If you’re a woman dealing with pelvic floor issues, especially postpartum pain, do not wait to see Dr. Reisner. After over a year of tailbone pain following the delivery of my daughter, I experienced significant improvement in just three sessions. I honestly wish I had found her sooner.

Dr. Reisner is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed and empowered. She gives clear, effective exercises to do at home, which made a huge difference in my progress. I had seen multiple pelvic floor therapists before finding her, and she is truly the real deal.

Whether you’re postpartum, currently pregnant, or both (like me), Dr. Reisner is fantastic. If you’re struggling and wondering if pelvic floor therapy can really help — it can, and Dr. Reisner is the person to see.

I worked with Dr. Jacqueline Reisner, a pelvic floor physical therapist in Westchester, throughout my pregnancies and postpartum recovery, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very hands-on, always taking the time to understand my body and my goals. What I appreciated most was that she never tried to sell me on endless sessions—instead, she empowered me with a clear, realistic home program that actually worked. I felt supported, educated, and confident in my recovery. If you’re dealing with any pelvic floor issues during pregnancy or postpartum, Dr. Jacqueline Reisner is absolutely worth seeing.

As an avid runner and busy mom, I assumed the changes in my core after pregnancy were permanent. I thought running would always feel “off” and that was just my new normal.
After seeing Dr. Jacqueline Reisner for only a few visits, everything changed. She helped me truly understand what was going on with my core and gave me a simple, effective home program that fit realistically into my busy life with kids. Nothing felt overwhelming, and the exercises were easy to stay consistent with.
She was also incredibly flexible with scheduling and never pushy about how often I needed to come in, which I really appreciated. It felt like she genuinely wanted me to succeed and feel confident on my own—not dependent on endless appointments.
Thanks to her, I feel stronger, more supported, and back to running with confidence. If you’re dealing with diastasis recti or any pelvic floor issues, she is truly exceptional.

I live in Connecticut and couldn’t find any pelvic floor physical therapists near me, so I began traveling to see Dr. Jacqueline Reisner in Mount Kisco—and it was absolutely worth it. She helped me through all three of my pregnancies, providing labor prep, stretches, guidance on how to push, and postpartum support. After each delivery, she helped me safely return to my exercise routine and even helped me heal my diastasis.
All of our sessions were one-on-one, and she was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. She also handled all the insurance paperwork, which made it easy for me to get reimbursed for every session.
I highly recommend Dr. Reisner to anyone looking for pelvic floor physical therapy. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly goes above and beyond for her patients.
