Refuses to refund me for a return they made me pay to ship back after they couldn’t supply proper instructions for installation on the chair for which it is advertised to work.
I ordered Knoll Life Chair Arm Pad Replacements from Office Replacement Parts and couldn’t be happier. I called ahead with some questions and the person I spoke with was very kind and helpful. My order arrived quickly, the installation was simple, and the pads are excellent quality. They made my 14-year-old chair feel brand new again (I had been holding the old ones together with duct tape!). Great experience all around—highly recommended!
I have only a few times received customer service like this place. I needed a random sized file rail that I could not find anywhere and they took the time to create one for me. I received personalized emails and exceptions to their standard minimum order. They are someone you can trust!
While my order is pending, ORPC rep Sam was incredibly helpful and responsive helping me locate a hard-to-find Herman Miller Meridian cabinet drawer part. For a small company in rural New York, you'd swear they were as big as Amazon. Glad to support a small business with this level of service. Was a breath of fresh air as our local, large, multi-city Herman Miller office supply companies wouldn't lift a finger- they only will look at what they have. Sam helped dig for what I needed. Forever grateful because I have an expensive lateral file, and most of us don't use hanging files anymore due to PDFs and cloud storage. Sam has helped me ID parts that will allow me to repurpose the cabinet into conventional office supply storage without items sliding all over the place. Looking forward to placing the order later today.

During a move, the two small cross rails disappeared. After failing to find a replacement from the furniture store itself, I reached out to ORP for 2 pairs of custom cut file rails. They fit perfectly and now I can use my 'fancy' desk for actual work files.
