The service is absolutely amazing. My stove started to act up days before Thanksgiving. I was panicking trying to figure out what I was going to do. I went in on Tuesday and they delivered it the next day, the day before Thanksgiving. The delivery crew are top notch, very professional and fast. All together it was a great experience and I will definitely be back if I need appliances.
Ps . The stove is great. It heats up much faster than the old one.
I have been purchasing my appliances from Appliance Sales Plus for years. In October, we purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer. It was delivered several days later and installation went great. After using the washer twice, we noticed water on the floor. I called them and worked with both Jimmy and Karl Jr who sent out one of their installers and found that the drain hose was split open. They decided to replace the washer and several days later we had a replacement. This is the reason I have been a loyal customer for many years. Great customer service and prices.

Henry and Santos delivered and hooked our new washer. They were in and out in 10 minutes, including removing my front storm door. They did a great job, were very friendly and helpful. Hope to have them again when we get the matching dryer.
I purchased an LG washer and dryer at Appliance Sales Plus. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. He set up delivery to fit my schedule. The delivery men were very cautious when delivering and installing the units in my small.laundry room. They were very respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend ASP to anyone who wants to support small local businesses and wants friendly and respectful service.
Outstanding sales and delivery service! Recently purchased a GE refrigerator from Lowes. Had to cancel due to its incompetent delivery service. I called Appliance Sales Plus and spoke with Jimmy. (And yes, I was able to directly speak with a human being unlike those big stores.) For about the the same price with no delivery fee, Jimmy ordered the same refrigerator and had it delivered to us within 2 days. The delivery guys were great!! They were very careful and knew exactly how to install the refrigerator. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The team at Appliance Sales actually cares! I wish I knew about this store sooner. I highly recommend!
